PawMart's new platform

Alas, the new website is ready. For all our customers, please do read through this post on how to shop with us.

As of our last post on why we changed the website, we wanted our customers to have a better experience when doing online shopping for their furkids. This new website runs well on Google Chrome and newer versions of Microsoft IE. We did not try on the rest of the browsers like Firefox, Mozilla etc, so you're most welcomed to feedback to us about any existing problems with the new site. You can also enter the shop via our Facebook Page. Just click on the "Shop now!" icon beside our "Likes" button.

Front Page



This would be the front page. Please do read up the Terms and Conditions of PawMart. You can also find some FAQs at the "About Us" link. We urge all our customers to sign up a new account with us. With an account, you can view details of your previous orders, making it easier for you to shop. When signing up for a new account, take note that:

1. For "City" and "State", enter "Singapore"

2. Contact number need not have +65 or dashes in between. Unless you are from a different country other than Singapore, please do enter your country code.

If you encounter any difficulties while signing in, please don't hesitate to approach us for assistance.

Category Menus


Next is the categories bar that consists of drop down menus. The current one you see in the picture is a newly added feature. You can now surf by brands, making the search for products more concise. The rest of the categories are roughly the same as our old site.


Check Out Page


So, you are done shopping... After confirming your products, you will be at the check out page. Here you will encounter another new feature called "Sign in with Facebook". You can now either sign in with your Facebook account for easier log in the next time you surf on our site. You will also have the choice to do a guest check out instead.

Delivery Options


Next up is the part where it gets interesting. Just fill in your particulars on the right. At the end of the form there is a Message to Retailer box for you to let us know any special request before delivery. On the left you will see the delivery options. (click picture to enlarge). Customers can now choose their preferred timings for delivery. Do note that now we will have specific days for deliveries to different areas in Singapore.

North - Daily
Central - Wednesdays/ Sundays
West - Tuesdays/ Fridays  
East - Mondays/ Thursdays/ Saturdays

Do not worry if your area falls on days that you are not free to receive your items. We will still do our best to accommodate your timings. If you are not sure which area to choose, just give us a call and we will advise you from there. Should be any problems arise concerning the delivery timings, we will contact you directly when we receive your orders.


From here simply choose your delivery areas and timings

When you select the dates, please select the correct days. For example, if you choose PawMart Courier East, you will need to choose any of the Mondays, Thursdays or Saturdays that will be most convenient for you. If you choose any other days, you will see a " No available time slot" at the selection for delivery timing.

Payment Mode

ATM mode ( Cash on Delivery )


There are two modes of payment currently. The first is ATM mode. By selecting ATM payment, you can either transfer the payment via an ATM of your bank or pay us cash when you receive you items ( Cash on Delivery )

iBanking mode



When you choose iBanking Mode, you will initiate a payment transfer via iBanking from your bank account to ours. Do note that there is no redirecting of the site to a iBanking site. The bank details such as account numbers and bank codes are shown on the Payment notes if you would need them.

Order Confirmation


After payment option is selected, you can simply check out by clicking "Secure Checkout". You will then see the Order Confirmation page with your order reference number ( boxed in red) . Following that you will receive an online receipt at your email regarding the order. Do not be alarmed if you do no receive the email. It normally reaches your Inbox in about 15 mins (kinda slow, I know...) . If you did not manage to receive the email, do not hesitate to call us at 90050009 or email us at admin@pawmart.com.sg to enquire about your order.

End note

This platform is relatively new and we seek your understanding and patience for all the difficulties you may encounter (I hope none at all) when shopping with us. We will do our very best to make your shopping experience a fulfilling one. Also, be assured that our service standards will be maintained and prices will remain competitive and affordable for all.

This is a significant milestone for PawMart and we would like to thank you for your support and staying with us in this journey.
