| Message | Dear All, I would like to recommend Pawmart to all pets owner in singapore! Because this is the best pet food online store and best service I have met. My story with Pawmart, Ms Kelly, was 1yr ago, where I am searching online purchase for my dog food (as I do not have time to visit the pet shop), and I search "pet food online singapore" on GOOGLE website. Although Pawmart was not shown on the 1st page of the search, but I somehow by chance manage to click Pawmart.com.sg on the next page of Google. Everything start with a SMS from me to Kelly. She reply to my SMS promptly and answer to my queries, and able to make delivery arrange to me without any delay. That was the 1st time I had online order for my pet food, which after calculating, the pet food that I bought (with Pawmart) was 20% cheaper than buying from pet shop after member "discount". In the past 10yrs, I have been buying pet food from normal shops by my own, and carrying the heavy stuffs back home! But buying from Pawmart solved my buying hassle completely! My 1st delivery order came on time, delivered by Travis, with a smile. And I received a "Pawmart Reward Card"! I kept it with me. 2months later, I need a pet food order again, I remembered Kelly, so I SMS her, delivery arrange..etc. And this goes on, one fine day, only then I realize, wow...I have been such a loyal customer, with a completed reward card all stamped! And I get my rewards, its a $15 discount. It is such a good news for me, because it means my pet food order this time is $15 cheaper! My story with Pawmart was such a great one, because they not only solve my buying hassle, they also solve my dog's grooming hassle! Basic grooming or Full grooming, not a issue for me at all. Because Kelly and Travis are able to make arrangement according to your preferred date and time, do the grooming service at your home, while you able to continue with your housework, tv, computer..etc. Travis has recently done Full grooming for my medium size dog, and he really put in the effort to do the best and not interrupting me while I am having a group chat with friends. He took more than 1hr, as my dog needs nail cut, shave down with matted furs. Next is bathing time, I passed him the towel, and I saw some red scratch marks on his hand, but he did not complain to me (I knew it's definitely done by my dog). I am so sorry to see his reddish scratched marks, and the sweats on his face, but still talk to you with a smile. He has shown such passion and professionalism! Thank you Travis!
